Jordan 05 days, 04 nights

The desert in Jordan is so attractive that the tourist feels pity sometimes if he does not stop there. Mont. Nebo where Moses is supposed to be buried is also outstanding. This itinerary celebrates having the possibility of visiting these sites.

Day 01: Arrival Amman
Arrive at Amman airport. To be met & assisted by your Jordanian guide. Drive to your hotel. Dinner & O/N

After breakfast, we head to Madaba the home of a very fine Byzantine collection of mosaics.

Drive to Mont. Nebo, one of the alleged places of the tomb of Moses.

We continue our tour to Kerak which was once a Crusade fort. After we visit the castle which overlooks the Dead Sea, we continue our adventure south to Petra. Arrive to your hotel. Dinner & O/N.

Day 03: Petra
After breakfast we start our tour to Petra by riding horses through the winding canion called siq. We visit the treasury, the Corinthian tombs·& the monastery ... etc. At the end of the day we ride our horses vise versa through the siq, then back to our hotel. Dinner & O/N

On this day we leave Petra driving north to Shobak to visit the ancient Crusade castle. After the visit to the most isolated & barren area one can imagine, we continue our drive up king's highway to Amman. Arrive at your hotel. Dinner & O/N

Day 05: Amman / Ajlun / Al-Rabat castle / Jerash / Damascus
A full day to visit Amman, the archeological museum, the Roman theater & Al-Ashrafea mosque, We drive to Ajlun to visit Al- Rabat castle, it was built by the Arabs at the time of the Crusaders war. We continue our drive to Jerash, one of the ten prominent cities of the Roman empire. Transfer to Damascus late this afternoon. Or transfer to Amman airport for departure.
