Day 02: Aleppo/ St. Simeon/ Ebla /Homs
After breakfast, we leave the hotel for the sight seeing of Aleppo to include the city's spectacular citadel, the museum, the ancient hotel inns, mosques & ancient dwellings in the Armenian quarter. Lunch is in a cozy restaurant. In the after-noon, we continue to the countryside to visit the cathedral of St. Simeon. The discovery of this kingdom fills an important gap in our understanding of the 3rd millennium BC. After an exciting day, we proceed to Homs, check in at hotel, dinner & O/N

Day 03: Homs/ Palmyra
After breakfast, we leave to Palmyra for a full day visit to the spectacular ruins of this city (the archeological museum, the tombs, the temple of god Bel, the arch of triumph, the agora, the colonnaded street, the senate house, the funeral temple and Deocletian camp). Lunch is included in a local restaurant. Back to the hotel for dinner & O/N

Day 04: Palmyra/ Crac des Chevaliers/ Ba'albek
After a nice breakfast, we continue our great visit to Crac des Chevaliers, then we depart Syria to the Lebanese border, to be met & assisted by the Lebanese guide. Continue driving to Ba'albek to visit the propylaea, hexagonal forecourt, great court with two altars, the temple of the Roman god Jupiter & the temple of Bacchus. Dinner & O/N at the hotel in Ba'albek

Day 05: Ba'albek/ Sidon/ Tyre/ Beirut
After breakfast, we head to Sidon, famous because of its souqs, caravanserai & its medieval waterside castle. We visit the ruins of Tyre. Then we head to Beirut. Dinner & O/N

Day 06: Beirut/ Beit Eddin/ Anjar/ Damascus
After breakfast, we visit Beit Eddin where the French poet Lamartine dwelt. Transfer to Damascus, en route we visit Anjar (where we can have our lunch in a very nice restaurant). Arrive to Damascus, we finish our check in formalities in the hotel. Dinner & O/N

Day 07: Damascus
After breakfast, we start a full day city tour of Damascus to include the national museum, the folklore museum, the Omayyad mosque, the street called straight, mentioned in the bible, St. Ananias chapel & St. Paul's window. Free time to stroll in the oriental atmospheric bazaars. The end of the day is highlighted by a visit to Qasioun Mountain for a full view of Damascus. Back to the hotel for dinner & O/N

Day 08: Departure
Transfer to the airport for departure.
